Foam Fighter is designed to reduce foam in agricultural chemical sprayers and also in dip tanks such as those used in the grading of peaches and apples. Foam Fighter antifoam emulsion is an easy-to use, water-dilutable, silicone defoamer for aqueous systems. Easy to dilute and disperse, it is effective in hot processes, high-sugar solutions, and salt brines, and maintains its effectiveness at temperatures to boiling. It qualifies under FDA/ANZFA regulations for use in foods and also has gained acceptance for use in Kosher foods. Can be used in spray tanks and food processing. Foam Fighter is permitted for direct addition to food by the Federal food and Drug Administration and Australian and New Zealand Food Authority. Any limitations on use in standardized foods should be observed.
