Our professional chemical formulations made for us by Renovo Technologies in New Zealand have a product lifetime guarantee.
Key Industries allocate valuable time and resources to thoroughly test each product we develop or exclusively source from other suppliers to ensure they work effectively in New Zealand conditions.
Founded in 1987 and purchased by Frank and Celia Visser in 2000, Key Industries Ltd are proud to be a fully New Zealand owned agrichemical and pest control company.
Key Industries products are used extensively by Conservation groups, Wildlife Sanctuaries, the NZ Department of Conservation and Regional Council Biosecurity Teams.
As we head into the silly season Key Industries has had emails from all of our major courier providers to advise us of increasing delays in courier services around the country due to major freight volume increases at this time of year. This is outside Key Industries’ control but we have been asked to advise customers that it may take an additional 2-3 days to receive products to your destination.
Whilst our customers do understand volume related pressure increases over Christmas, and that there can be delays, I thought some handy hints might offer a “silver bullet” option for those exceptionally urgent, time critical movements.
For those of you running your business from home please read on for a new development from NZ Couriers in the delivery to your home address that may add in faster deliveries to your door.
From NZ Couriers
“An initiative we have been working on, is the education of receivers in the residential space (non-business deliveries, where people are often not home to receive courier items) – allowing them to create an authority to leave delivery point. They decide on a safe zone for the courier to leave freight, regardless of if it is ‘signature required’ or not. They sign an agreement with us stipulating a safe dry and out of sight position for freight to be scanned to. We provide a small steel strip barcode which is installed at the exact site that they suggested, and when freight is delivered, that link between barcodes and item ‘track and trace’ is created. We gave this project a big push and have seen huge uptake for several months. It is really aiding with first time delivery and the whole receiver experience. When variables are taken out of the mix, it certainly supports a faster transfer and with your consumers having the power to decide - it undoubtedly helps everyone.
